Among 26 branches of Sri Lanka Red Cross Society, Gampaha Branch takes precedence. A number of projects have been successfully lounged by our branch. They are given bellow.

- Community Based Disaster Management Project
- HIV Aids Prevention Project
Through these projects we were able to cover with large area of Gampaha District. In addition to these Projects our branch was able to establish a very strong Volunteer base system.
